CAMERA-READY SUBMISSION
Final camera-ready version of IEEE Healthom 2014 paper(s), as well as copyright, must be handled directly through EDAS. In order to provide the camera-ready, authors must follow all reviewer comments and consider a maximum paper length of six (6) IEEE style US Letter printed pages including figures, without incurring additional page charges. One (1) additional page is allowed with a charge of USD100. Papers exceeding 7 pages will not be accepted at EDAS.
IMPORTANT DATES

Co-located Special Issues
The best papers from IEEE-Healthcom2014 will be selected for the special issue "New frontiers of eHealth: Networking, Application & Services" in the international journal IEEE-Journal of Biomedical and Health Engineering. The special issue is guest edited by Prof. Norbert Noury, Gouneou Coatrieux and Joel Rodrigues.

Revised and extended version of best papers will be considered for publication on the following special issues:
- International Journal on E-Health and Medical Communications, IGI-Global
- Elsevier IRBM
- Network protocols and algorithms, Macrothink Institute
- Recent Patents on Telecommunications, Bentham Science Publishers
IMPORTANT IEEE POLICY ANNOUNCEMENT
The IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (including its removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented.
Note: To be published in the IEEE HEALTHCOM 2014 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE /Xplore®/, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers. Papers will be published in the IEEE HEALTHCOM 2014 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE /Xplore®/.
