Guidelines for Poster Presentation

There will be two poster sessions on days Oct 16th and 17th, running in parallel with oral sessions. Poster presenters should set up their posters on time according to the conference program. We will provide adhesive tapes for holding the posters. Each poster session will last 4 hours (14h30-16h30, and 17h-19h) per day. Poster presenters are kindly required to remove their posters, once the session is over. A poster-board will be available for each poster presenter. Poster size: A0.

The poster presentations will take place at Oct 17th (Friday), along two sessions: (1) 14h - 16h; (2) 18h-20h. All posters must be jointly presented in both sessions, in order to get eligibility for publication. The poster session will count on an organizer, who is in charge to verify author's presence, guarantee the oral presentations, assess each presentation and fill out a submission form accordingly. The form will be reported to the organizers of the event and to the IEEE.

Note: Each poster-board will have a paper number indicating the assigned poster paper. Please check this info before placing your poster, to avoid any possible overlaps with another poster presenter.

For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers.  Papers will be published in the IEEE HEALTHCOM 2014 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE /Xplore®/.
