Call for Work in Progress (WiP) Track

The Work in Progress track aims at publishing relevant papers describing current research efforts (papers without results are also considered) in the scope of the IEEE HC'14 interested topics. Perspective authors are invited to submit their papers using EDAS System at http://edas.info/newPaper.php?c=16777&track=50411. A WiP paper should have 2 - 3 IEEE style pages including results, figures, and references. Papers will be reviewed with the standard reviewing procedure (with at least 3 independent anonymous reviews). Accepted papers will be published on IEEExplore (http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/)

- Notification for WiP accepted papers: August 29 (new), 2014

The best papers from IEEE-Healthcom2014 will be selected for the special issue "New frontiers of eHealth: Networking, Application & Services" in the international journal IEEE-Journal of Biomedical and Health Engineering. The special issue is guest edited by Prof. Norbert Noury, Gouneou Coatrieux and Joel Rodrigues.

IMPORTANT IEEE POLICY ANNOUNCEMENT

The IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (including its removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented.

Note: To be published in the IEEE HEALTHCOM 2014 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE /Xplore®/, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event
and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers.  Papers will be published in the IEEE HEALTHCOM 2014 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE /Xplore®/.
